Success Force, Inc. and John P. Gaulin have been our catalyst for change at H&R Construction Parts. After 15 years in business and having worked with three different business consultants, our business was in a deep rut.
Success Force was invited to look at our business and after a rather quick overview, they brought the Theory of Constraints along with their own energetic style to our management team.

Since that time, our focus and project management has improved tremendously. Without some of the changes they brought to us, we certainly would not be in the position we are in today. We continue to work with Success Force and I find their input invaluable, not only as a professional business consultant, but also as a company that wants our business and the people who work here, to be successful.

Our business was at a cross roads and we needed to decide 'what we wanted to be when we (the business) grew up'. We talked with Success Force and agreed that we needed to set a new direction through creating a strategic plan.
It did not sound that hard, but it was real work. Success Force asked us the tough questions and used their tools and expertise to guide us to the best answers. When we were done, we were so excited and enthusiastic about the new insights concerning our business! We had an absolutely clear idea of where we were headed and why. And then Success Force told us that we had just completed the easy part! The hard part was making it real in the organization. Again, Success Force was right. But they stayed right there with us, kept us on track, helped us through the challenges of change and held us accountable to ourselves. |
